last couple of days exersize has left me sore particularly in the back under my shoulder blades and just above my knees. feel alittle  flat today. not lookng forward to winter. wish summer could be here all the time!.ultraound of my blood clot coming up on the 7th of feb. If they find it has completely disapeared then I can come off the warfrin meds.no  more clexain injections either.. endocronology dept at the alfred on the 18th of feb.see what they think of my thyriod lumps?picked up some great music the other day.  era vulgaris  is the name of the disc.band name is queens of the stone age.
