here i go agian, hard to admit it but I failed. but i still want be lighter. no promises this time. my thyriod is gone now.  the growth that was there is not cancer. definatley. yay. so after 4 weeks convalessing i start again.. ,im 47 in a few days . I hope that i can keep it up...................we will see..
