About njwilsonca

I am a 40 year old mother of 4. I love running long distances and weightlifing. I also do resistance stretching every day. I feel like all of my cross training prevents me from getting injuries from running and allows me to recover from my long runs very quickly.

Im in the best shape of my life and I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have. I take daily suppliments, acai juice and protein.
