About csmh

Ska se vilken som är den bästa formen jag kan nå på en månad. 1April-1Maj

Målet är så småningom är att komma tbx till min "vanliga vikt" på 50kg. Blev skadad, lat och gick upp i vikt... och 50kg når man inte hälsosamt på en månad en jag kommer komma dit...
