I guess it was a mistake trying to get in shape during the summer vacation :)

So I failed again, just could not get motivated during the vacation. But now im here again with a guilty conscience and will start again! :)

I don't really know why I keep failing. I like to think that I am motivated but I guess it just takes a big effort to really get into it.

Time to try this blog thing

So everyone and everywhere I hear about blogs so I thought it was time to try it :)

My goal is to finaly get in shape (after countless of attempts). So far it is going pretty well, I am race walking every day and I have managed to stay away from the sweets so far. Sadly it looks like I have catched a cold now :( I just hope the past weeks work isn't spoiled now since I can't do much.

Anyways, it looks like I have lost 1 pound so far! Its not much but it is a start he he. I try not to rush this and do it in a slow pace and let my body adjust to the new way of living.

Feel free to give me advice! :)
