(dvs Alla aktiviteter utom promenader/promenad på löpband med motiveringen att även om jag ser promenader i raskt tempo som motion och tycker att tiden räknas som träning så varierar mina promenader väldigt mycket vad gäller, antal, längd och intensitet på ett sådant sätt att de inte kan ingå i den här utmaningen för min del)
