The goal is to get at least 5 days of workouts in per week. It doesn't matter which type of exercise you do, but each workout has to take at least 30 minutes/day, not 2 hours on 1 day and then skip a few. You can combine multiple workouts on the same day to make 30+ (eg. 15 min run and 15 min Yoga= Tuesday's 30 min training) ReglerChallenge friends, First to reach 20 øvelser wins.
