Militärpress 10x3 - 37.5kg Crossops - Elementary FB "November" - 8 varv + 310 m AMRAP 30min 400m Löpning 5 Burpee pull-ups (Fick ont i vänsterbenet och höften efter 3:e varvet så då var jag tvungen att sänka tempot på löpningen.)
