I'm losing 26 lbs, Join me as I do this new challenge my end goal is 155 I'm going to try a new diet, get off of sugar completely, but still eat veggies, and fruit. I'm trying low, and high carb days. Meaning the first day you eat lots of good fats, such as cheese, and don't eat very many cabs like bread, pasta, or even fruits, or veggies. Then the next day eat alot of pasta, and bread, fruit, and veggies but don't eat carbs to late. Try this on a weekly basis to see if it works for you. Also do a 10-20 min high interval training 3x per week. I would highly recommend Nate Bowers high interval training here's the link youtube.com/watch?v=qD8pFmlCIC0 this is a very difficult video to follow, so don't over push yourself, remember that you don't have to be perfect at it.
