Testar om nya höften kan vänjas vid löpning igen. Mycket lugn och försiktig start, kändes ändå hyfsat. Andra muskler i arbete än i skidåkning, helt klart. Men skulle vara fint om jag kunde springa ett par gånger i veckan. Löpning är nog bästa konditionsträningen.
