Well I've been away from exercise for a while now but getting back into it. Just got a new treadmill and my goal is to reach 60 minutes per workout in 12 weeks. Let's get the discussion going here :)

Good luck with your goal! My goal for March is to do 30+ minutes of moderate-intense activity each day and 15+ minutes of yoga/meditation/flexibility work each day.
Doing something is better than nothing, and nothing is never an option!
