Last week, my fasting count was 115...in US I'm high but not yet diabetic. In Europe, I'm high and pretty considered there. I've decided to take some better action. I packed on too much weight this winter and now I'm exercising six times a week plus yoga and trying to eat better. I had gestational diabetes and would rather not have to test blood sugar all the time. Any tips on how to do it with diet and exercise would be helpful...And yes, I need motivation.
