Wow, I just started back to lifting regularly. I pulled up shapelink to start logging my workouts and thought this forum would have been jumping. This is a great tool, the only workout log on the internet that I have found. I really thought this would have been used more.

Hi Woody, Good to see you back :) The english version of Shapelink is more or less in a beta stage still which is why this place is a bit empty. We are hoping to "be ready" to spread the word about Shapelink during the winter. Everyone is ofcourse welcome to join and use Shapelink before that. We are very happy for any kind of feedback and comments from our english speaking users. best regards Tomas Shapelink.com

Thanks Tomas. As far as feed back, one thing that would be nice was if there could be a way to graph progress. Currently, it allows to graph time spent in workouts, but that is all. It would be great to graph more specific areas. Such as, weights for any given lifts. Say bench, I would like to be able to graph my progress on the bench or squats. Just a thought.

Hi Woody, Sorry for the belated answer. More specific statistics like the ones you are asking for is available if you buy a Shapelink gold membership (14.20$ for 6 months). More information about the Gold Membership can be found if you click on the "Gold Membership" link from the startpage. Best regards Tomas Shapelink.com

Do keep on. The best this is to tell your friends tó use it more and to go into the forum. Good luck.
