Hello I just found this site. I need to lose weight and regain my ways with the ladies ;) However I don't like gyms so I am trying to workout at home. Is it possible to use this site to keep track of home workouts(dumbells and such)

Hi! And welcome. You can customize your diary to contain just the training types you use. So it's possible to use this site for your workouts att home using dumbells or your own bodyweight. It's a good tool for keeping you motivated and to see your progress. For example you can render graphs over your weight loss, body measures or the number of push-ups you can do. Also you will see how much time you spend on workouts and you can set goals for reaching a minimum workout time per week. Good luck and please write if you have any questions. Absolutely! I don't train in a gym and I track all my workouts (weights, aerobics, even dance classes) using Shapelink. 

I love that you can also use this site to track your food, weight, daily steps, thoughts about your training, and to set goals - it's a one-stop shop!

Good luck with your training, and visit the forums often - they're full of friendly people. 

 

Doing something is better than nothing, and nothing is never an option!
