The Shapelink forum is intended for discussions about training, nutrition, Shapelink and other general discussions within the forum rules. All discussions about the usage or selling of anabolic steroids or other illegal substanses are strictly forbidden and may cause deletion of your account. Links and ads to other similar websites and spam are forbidden. All types of personal attacks and posts containing racism or similar content are forbidden. When you add a post, please try to post in under the right category. If you post in the wrong category please contact a moderator and we will move it for you.
