Is there a way to track body weight? I havent found one yet. It would be nice to keep tabs on it, especially for those of us trying to loose a little in that area. Just a thought

Hello, Yes you can keep track of your body weight by adding it to your calendar. Click on "Training Diary" in the main menu and then click on a date in your calendar. In the menu to the left you can now add workouts and information from various categories. Click on "Weight" and enter your weight and a comment (optional). I hope that answers your question. Ok, my bad. I guess I misunderstood that as having to do with amount lifted. Thanks
