I'm interested in it, I'm not a powerlifter. I just started weight lifting, and instead of going for the body building routines most people immediately go for I'm going for a powerbuilding weight lifting routine, a west side template. im sort of fat, around 190 and I don't know the bf and have been doing this for about 4-5 months. also i cant squat yet :(. i started bench pressing at 95 x 5, now I'm nearing 190 x 5. My dead lift has gone from 125 to about 260, think I'm going to do about 265, 275 or so next week. |

Weight - 178 lbs Bench: 255 lb x 1 Have been to 275 for 1 RM of squats, but have just got back into my leg routine. |

The packing should be easy and comfortable and all necessary things like medicine and safety things should be packed for an emergency. The shoes should be much flexible to walk on mountains tracks. |

Fitness kinda bodybuilder from Denmark,
current personal records are as follows: Bench press 1x130kg Deadlift 1x170kg Can't train squat anymore due to injury in right knee, but before: Squat 1x165
BW is approx. 92 kg, with a BF% of 14.

i havent seen a powerlifting show.. ever, if i did i would watch it, when do they air? but yeah with my workouts i take big breaks on my main lifts but after that i train pretty fast to keep under an hour, but ive seen "powerlifters" aka fat pigs that only do one thing in the gym and leave, they usually can bench a little more than their bodyweight and cuz their 300 pounds they think theyre strong, fakkin pathetic if you ask me, but just like every other sport there will always be people that enter for the wrong reasons franking machine prices|Franking machines for small businesses |

Power lifting is a tough sport and barely needs a proper training. A lot of practice are required before you are allowed to lift those heavy weights. Texas forge |

I used to indulge in power lifting as a hobby years back, but had to give it up due to an injury. This happened when I was 27 years of age. The accident damaged my hip and doctors asked me to quit power lifting. This is a cool hobby and a great sport, but please be careful with the weights! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

I use to to the hobby to indulge in lifting ability, but it was abandoned due to injury. My age 27 years old when power lifting damage doctor has asked me to shut down occurred. Accidents ass. This wonderful hobby and a great sport, but the weights, be careful!
