not loosing wieght at the moment. and I  feel really tired all the time.I feel ok mentally if that doesnt sound obscure  ,  but physically tired  to the point where, I fall asleep  If I have few moments  of idle time..? may be I,m over diong it  ?   or not eating right for what I,m diong now. waitng on the results of my last thyriodd test.  I  have that new tattoo now. I,ll get my wife to take a picture. then I,ll post it..  hi to all my freinds>>!

I find that anytime I increase my exercise level, I get really tired. It usually lasts a couple of weeks while my body gets itself sorted out. Just recently I've upped my workouts from three times a week to four or five and I have to go to bed an hour earlier everyday and am really tired getting up in the morning.

Plus the changing weather doesn't help either (can't wait for winter to be over!)
