something i,m finding as I exersize is that my mind set has changed, I feel sronger in both mind and body, recently I had my latest check up for the thyriod cancer , my  docter tells me that the lump is now slightly bigger and that means   I must go to a surgeon and be examined. that I  must have the lump removed to see if there is  a problem.   personally I would like to forget about it but now  my familly is conncerned. I see the new surgeon on the 18th of march..  let you know how it goes..  Also got sick and tired of getting pushed around by my boss   (14 hr days and ..  working all day sunday ) so I quit , after a huge argument. was unemployed for one day started a new job the next day. rdo,s and the same money , ahh I,m laughing  . so what I learned is, dont put up with  s*#t, make a stand. be strong !!!!!!  only person who can change things is yourselff   cheers......
