I started working out more and more for some years ago - and have had health and beauty as goal from the beginning.
Hey, it might sound superficial; “for beauty” - but to be honest, that is the truth. I want to look good and trim – and I am on my way there... not only by working out, but also with good food.
Food really is a passion for me – and I do not mean junk food, burgers and pizza (although I do enjoy these sometimes as well), but I mean real good home cooked healthy food. I do a lot of cooking, and I love trying new ideas and get easily inspired by different recipes I read... But all in all – I hate following recipes while cooking...

What comes to exercise, I love trying different things – I might be scared to death, since I have not been athletic in my past (as a child I was a chubby one...), but I can get eager about just anything, really. Among my favorites you can find:

My personal goals is to build a lot more muscles and burn all the old fat I gathered as a chunky kid.
I'm not so interested in my own weight, since I do know that muscle weights more than fat - and really, I do want to gain in muscle mass and burn off fat ... and get trim that way.
I am not a believer of diets - I believe in different life styles.
As I am fairly new to weight training and muscle gain - I would be delighted to get tips and coaching from others ...
