I've just joined the group, and would love to engage others in a thread.

I joined this particular group since I am just beginning a fitness plan again-again. This seems like a nice resource to share stories and methods for growing momentum!

Here are my current struggles:

Scheduling and commiting to workouts (very busy).

Consistent intensity.

Good eating habits.

Not drinking so much wine

Any tips or resources here?

Also, any similar struggles of your own?
